Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program (SAKG)

Pleasurable food education through our SAKG Program teaches children to grow, harvest, prepare and share fresh, seasonal, delicious food in order to form positive food habits for life. Students from Foundation to Grade 6 participate in structured lessons in the garden and kitchen with direct links to the Victorian Curriculum.

The Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden complements our Science and Health curriculum units with a continual focus on Sustainability to decrease our carbon footprint. The Program creates an opportunity to build connections with our dedicated community of volunteers.
