Technology plays a pivotal role in enhancing learning experiences by providing interactive and engaging tools for students to explore and understand complex concepts.
It facilitates personalised learning, and allows teachers to cater to individual learning style and pace. Technology fosters digital literacy skills from a young age, equipping students with essential abilities to thrive in the modern world and adapt to future advancements.
From Foundation to Year 2, our students are provided with school-owned, shared iPads. These are used periodically, depending on the needs and purpose within the curriculum.
From Year 3 – Year 6, student iPads are provisioned through a Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) program. Student iPads are managed by the school device management system known as Jamf, which controls and limits functionality for school appropriate purposes whilst allowing for parent management of device capabilities and access outside of the school site.
